Mr. Robert Henry Simpson, 63, of 4840 N.C. Highway 171, Jamesville, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Jamesville Cemetery with the Rev. Robbie Parker officiating.
Mr. Simpson was born in Washington County on June 11, 1944. He was the son of the late Delmar and Myrtle Spruill Simpson. On Aug. 25, 1989, he married Judy Roberson Simpson, who survives. He worked in construction with B E &K Construction. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Dawn Cook of Edenton; two sisters, Ann Kirkman of Jamesville and Dot Barnes of Plymouth and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home.
