Eunice Faye (Sissy) Sundeen, 63, died Wednesday, January 9 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie. She was born July 15, 1944 in Beaufort County to Evelyn Russ Sundeen and the late Edward Oscar Sundeen. She attended Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are one sister, Mary S. and husband, Alonza Roberson of Williamston; and one brother, James Frederick Sundeen, and wife Beatrice of Jamesville.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Walker Funeral Home-Horner Chapel in Plymouth with the Rev. Robert Travis officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. The family received friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, January 11 at Walker Funeral Home and other times from the home of Evelyn Sundeen, 121 Old Roper Road, Plymouth, N.C.
Walker Funeral Home-Horner Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
