Mr. Samuel Carty Jr., 93, of Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, at Beaufort County Hospital in Washington.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Oakdale Cemetery with Bishop George Barrow officiating.
Mr. Carty was born in Beaufort County, the son of the late Samuel and Sophia Carty.
