Mrs. Joanie Dickerson White, 56, of 1446 Maurice Brown Road, Jamesville, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. James Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in Jamesville Cemetery.
Mrs. White was born in Martin County on June 14, 1951. She was the daughter of the late William B. “Willie B” Dickerson and Jesse Price Dickerson. She was married to L. Scott White, who survives. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Chapel Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Ally Dickerson of Jamesville; one sister, Diane Raycher of Eads, Tenn.; and three brothers, Steve Dickerson, Eddie Dickerson and Mike Dickerson, all of Jamesville.
The family will receive friends today from 7-9 p.m. at Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church and other times at the home.
