Mr. Joseph Russell Thomas, 70, of 211 Ashley Lane, Chocowinity, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at Beaufort County Hospital in Washington.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until noon, Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
