Mr. Phill Bragg, 76, of 1520 N. King St., Windsor, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at Bertie Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Revs. Paul Scott and David Woolsey officiating.
Mr. Bragg was born in Halifax County on March 25, 1931. He was the son of the late Phill Moore and Susie Hudson Bragg. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was married to Ramona Nelms Bragg, who survives. He retired after 22 years with the N.C. Highway Patrol. He then became supervisor for Bertie County Transportation.
Survivors include one daughter, Rae Bragg-Jones of Willow Spring; one son, Butch Bragg of Elizabeth City and one sister, Peggy Bragg Floyd.
The family will receive friends today from 7-8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, and other times at the home.
