Mrs. Christine Cordon Heath, 89, of Raleigh, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Greenville.
Mrs. Heath was a longtime resident of Grimesland. She was the daughter of the late Joe Cephus and Lotha Tingle Cordon. She was married to Marion Lee Heath, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn Heath Edgerton of Garner and Janice Heath Fowler of Raleigh; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four sisters, Emma Hudson of Pantego, Clara Hodges of Virginia Beach, Va., Vivian Thompson of Washington and Nancy Wallace of Rincon, Ga.; and one brother, Willie Murrell Cordon of Belhaven.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Cordon.
The family will receive friends today one hour prior to the service at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville.
