Mr. Robert William “Bob” Jones, Jr., age 82, a resident of 110 Pine Lane, Rosedale, Washington, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at his home.
A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington, conducted by the Rev. Robert Paciocco and Dr. Jimmy Moore.
The family will receive friends at Paul Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Thursday.
Survivors include his wife, Jean of the home; one son, Paul and his wife, Marlene of Hampton, Va.; three grandchildren, Amanda, Jeffrey and Robert; and two sisters, Irene Field of Salisbury, N.C, Marjorie Griffin of Washington.
Two sisters, Edith Carawan and Ruby Larson, preceded Mr. Jones in death.
