Infant Serenity Marie Guzman died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 96th Medical Group, Okaloosa County, Florida.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Washington.
Serenity was born Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 96th Medical Group, Okaloosa County, Florida. She was the daughter of Emmanuel and Sherry Boone Guzman.
Survivors include her grandparents, Verna Woolard Howard, Haywood Boone, Libna Rivera and Wildemar Guzman.
Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
