A funeral service for Mr. Thomas Baum Payne will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will follow in the Yeatesville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, N.C.
