Mrs. Agnes Hodges Williamson, 80, of 1774 Wharton Station Road, Washington, died Wednesday, April 09, 2008 at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 11, 2008 at Oakdale Cemetery with Rev. Gary Thompson officiating. David Tyson, Jr., David Tyson, III, Earl Warren, Todd Everette, Shane Leary, and Christopher Everette will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at her home.
Mrs. Williamson was born November 19, 1927 in Beaufort County. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Murray Hodges and Carrie Rodgers Hodges. She was a homemaker and a member of Old Ford Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol W. Lilley and husband, Shelton of Bean Station, TN, Gayle W. Leary of Las Vegas, NV, and Faith H. Tyson and husband, David of Washington; two sons, William Harvey Williamson, III and Marcia of Washington, NC, and Harold Wayne Williamson and wife Patty of Black Jack, NC; ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Hodges and Edna H. Haddock; and one brother, Joseph Murray “J.M.” Hodges, Jr..
