Mrs. Sarah E. Moore Slade of 4813 N.C. Highway 99 South, Belhaven, died at the Oaks of Carolina in Raleigh.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
