Mrs. Nancy Ann DeBolt Armstrong, 75, of Whitaker Park Lane, Williamston, died Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Devin Phillips officiating. Terry Roberson, Mike Boykin, Del Warren, Dennis Pierce, Billy Wynne and Jay Whitaker will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Armstrong was born in Lancaster, Pa., on Aug. 2, 1932. She was the daughter of the late James Russell DeBolt and Mary Emma Hull DeBolt. She retired from the Marine Corps with the rank of staff sergeant. She had worked with Be-Lo Stores in Williamston. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include two brothers, John DeBolt of Lancaster, Pa., and Russell DeBolt of Warrenton, Va.; two sisters, Sarah Tretter and Mary Kay Diesley, both of Lancaster, Pa.; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Saturday at Walker Funeral Home, Williamston.
Memorials may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network in Mrs. Armstrong’s honor.
