Robert Jerrel “Mac” McAdam, 59, died Friday May 23, 2008.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Natalie McAdam, and three children, Robert “Bud” McAdam, Kiel McAdam and Shawna Bland. His grandsons, Alex Sword, Lukas Bland, Landon McAdam and Liam McAdam were his greatest joy in life. Mac is also survived by his mother, Betty Ray Marr, sister, Donna Lynn McAdam, brother, Steven McAdam and sister, Susan Jackson.
Mac was honored to have served his country during the Vietnam War.
A memorial service will be held at Bryant Funeral Home, 52 Bryant Street Alliance, North Carolina on Friday June 13, 2008 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Robert McAdam Memorial Fund for his grandsons at P.O. Box 30245, Greenville, NC 27834.
