Mr. Bruce Beard III, 43, of Chesapeake, Va., was found dead at a remote Virginia campsite May 14, 2008.
A private memorial service is planned.
Mr. Beard was born in Kendal Park, N.J., on July 31, 1964. He is the son of Bruce Beard Jr. of Washington, and the late Dorothy Beard.
Survivors include three sisters, Jane Beard of Silver Spring, Md., Anne B. Beard of Land O Lake, Fla., and Ellen Spencer of Bloomfield, Conn.
