Mrs. Annie Malvina Hill Mercer, 91, of 375 Booker Road, Prospect, Va., died on Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at Trinity Mission Health and Rehabilitation of Farmville, in Farmville, Va.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at the Zion Grove Church of Christ, Columbia, with Elder Rodney William officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Mercer was born on July 7, 1917. She was the daughter of the late Annie B. and John B. Hill. She was predeceased by her husband. Mrs. Mercer worked as a housekeeper.
Survivors include sons William L. Mercer, of Pennsylvania, and Stephen Mercer, of Virginia; a daughter, Deborah Mercer, of Alabama; a sister, Josephine West, of Yonkers, N.Y., 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
