Mr. Dave “Buddy” Young Jr., 70, a resident of 2597 Woodlawn Road, Roper, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008. at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Roper, with the Rev. Wade Patrick Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
