Mr. Kenneth Wayne Foy Sr., 64, of 501 E. Main St., Washington, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Brown Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
