Mrs. Rachel Modlin Foster, 90, of Long Ridge Road, Pinetown, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, Washington, and other times at the home.
