Mr. William Allan “Billy” Durbin, 33, of 2266 Clay Bottom School Road, Chocowinity, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at Beaufort County Medical Center in Washington.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Paul Funeral Home, Washington, with pastor Melvin Haas officiating.
Mr. Durbin was born in Reno County, Kansas, on March 25, 1975. He was the son of James E. and Judith Foulk Durbin of Chocowinity. He was a 1994 graduate of Garden City High School in Kansas. On Aug. 25, 2001, he married the former Charnelle Irene Roush, who survives. He was employed as a boat builder with Compmillia of Washington.
Survivors include his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Anita Lewis of Chocowinity and his paternal grandparents, Bill Durbin and Geraldine Durbin, both of Hutchinson, Kansas.
The family will receive friends at the home of his parents, 2240 Clay Bottom School Road, Chocowinity.
