Mr. Arthur Harris, formerly of Washington, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009.
The family will receive friends at the home of his niece, Lavikina Grimes, 120 Brittney Place, Washington.
Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
