Wanda S. Stoop, 59, of 19335 N.C. Highway 32 North, Plymouth, died Monday, March 30, 2009. A funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in Church of the Nazarene, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
