Mr. Joseph “Joe” Allen Dixon, 48, of 355 Possum Track Road, Chocowinity, died Saturday April 4, 2009. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in the Dixon family cemetery. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
