Mr. Raymond Earl Phelps, 65, of 307 Winesett Cir., Plymouth, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
