Mr. Charlie Randolph Johnson Sr., 67, of 107 Bideford St., Manteo, died Monday, April 6, 2009, at Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
