Mr. Raymond Earl Phelps, 65, of 307 Winesett Circle, Plymouth, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday at Spring Green Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Toodle’s cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Spring Green Church and other times at the home. Arrangments are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
