Ms. Judy Waters, 71, of 518 Water Road, Washington, died Monday, April 20, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Athens Chapel Church of Christ, Bath, with Kent Gurganus officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Athens Chapel Church of Christ, Bath. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
