Mr. Leon Franklin Sr., 75, of 1341 Paradise Road, Edenton, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Chowan Hospital in Edenton. A funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in Zion Grove Disciples Church, Columbia. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
