Mr. Frank Allen Silverthorne, 48, of 244 Shady Banks Beach Road, Washington, died Monday, April 27, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Christian Church of Washington. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
