Mrs. Veona Roberson Griffin, 92, of 4355 Fire Department Road, Williamston, died Sunday, April 26, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Piney Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
