Ms. Rebecca “Lil Sis” Spruill, 84, of 133 Beaufort St., Terra Ceia community of Pantego, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Britthaven of Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Queen Chapel Church (Disciples of Christ). The family will receive friends at the home of her son, James Spruill, 135 Beaufort St., Terra Ceia. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
