Mr. Walter “Wally” Augustus Tate Jr., 52, of 107 E. Main St., Plymouth, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in First Assembly of God, Belhaven. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the sanctuary of First Assembly of God, Belhaven, and other times at the home of his father, 520 Tate Road, Pamlico Beach. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
