Mrs. Annie Small Ruffin, 93, of 1084 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Washington County Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Cora Mays, 805-A E. Main St., Plymouth. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
