Roberta Stilley Keyes, 84, of Britthaven of Pamlico, and formerly of 45 Stilley Town Road, Blounts Creek, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Britthaven. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Phenel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. A walk-in visitation will be conducted from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the chapel. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
