Mr. Seth Thomas “Tommy” Modlin, 58, of 2600 Fire Department Road, Williamston, died Thursday, May 28, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Piney Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the church and other times at 2920 Fire Department Road, Williamston. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
