Mrs. Lula Mae O’Neal Spencer, 92, of 7078 Terra Ceia Road, Pantego, died Monday, June 1, 2009. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Broad Creek Cemetery in Pantego. Viewing will take place today from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family will receive friends at the home.
