Mrs. Janet Spencer Barnes, 74, of 689 Pinebrook Drive, Virginia Beach, Va., died Thursday, June 4, 2009, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Amity United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service of Swan Quarter.
