Mrs. Phyllis Hainley Baird, 75, of 119 Dogwood Trail, Washington, died Friday, June 12, 2009, at home. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service of Washington. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service of Washington. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service of Washington.
