Plymouth — Mrs. Mary Roberson Carrow, 66, of Plymouth died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at University Health Systems Hospice, Greenville.
Born January 12, 1943 in Martin County she was the daughter of the late John Dempsey Roberson and Pearl Wells Roberson and was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Roberson; sisters, Annie Jane Cole and Shirley Gurganus. Mrs. Carrow was a homemaker and member of Pinetown Missionary Baptist Church.
Her family includes her husband, Terry Roscoe Carrow of Plymouth, N.C.; daughter, Tammy C. Boyd and husband Lewis of Kitty Hawk, N.C.; son, Terry Kent Carrow and wife Tina of Raleigh, N.C.; brother, Arnold Roberson of Plymouth, N.C.; sisters, Stella Windom of Plymouth, N.C, Verdia Garrett of Roper, N.C., Laura Bland of Williamston, N.C. and Betty Jo Ange of Jamesville, N.C.; grandchildren, Katelyn Allen, Reid Carrow and Forrest Carrow; great grandchild, Avery Allen.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Maitland Memorial Chapel, Plymouth with Pastor J.N. Baggett and Pastor Lyman Shepard officiating. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 following the services and other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association in her memory. Arrangements are by Maitland Memorial Chapel, Plymouth.
