Mrs. Surreatha Peaks Phelps, 90, of Robersonville, died Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Carolina House in Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Biggs Chapel in Robersonville. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home in Robersonville and other times at 1686 Stokes Elementary School Road, Stokes. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Robersonville.
