Mr. William Raleigh Gibbs Jr., 55, of 8289 N.C. Highway 92 East, Bath, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at White Oak Chapel Church of Christ, Bath. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 Bonner St., Washington.
