Miss Arletha Winfield, 97, of 327 W. Pantego St., Belhaven, died Thursday, June 18, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Woodstock Free Will Baptist Church, Belhaven. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 Bonner St., Washington.
