Mrs. Shirley Beatrice Evans Small, 55, of 3647 Highway 30, Stokes, died Saturday, July 4, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 5 p.m. Saturday in Mt. Hebron Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ). The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Carolyn Cooper, 133 King Eternity St., Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
