Mrs. Wanda Gail Woolard, 51, of Washington, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home of Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
