Miss Dicey Alice Gurkin, 90, of 263 H.O. Gurkin Road, Pinetown, died Thursday, July 16, 2009, at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home of Washington. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Waters family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
