Mr. James Douglas Woolard, 67, of 6137 Apt. 2 River Road, Washington, died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service in Washington. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service in Washington and other times at 3417 U.S. Highway 264 East. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service of Washington.
