A memorial service for Mrs. Frances Scoggins McCauley Tyer will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Bath Christian Church with Curtis White officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, NC.
