Mrs. Judy Smith Paramore, age 52, a resident of 333 Bear Creek Road, Grimesland, NC died Sunday July 26, 2009 at Beaufort County Medical Center.
A graveside funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday July 29, 2009 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens officiated by Rev. Ola Forbes, Jr. Allan Smith, Kelly Smith, Brandon Smith, Jason Forbes, Daniel Linton and Billy Edwards will serve as pallbearers. Jerry Arnold and William Godley III will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Mrs. Paramore was born on January 4, 1957 daughter of the late Arthur Mack Smith and Mary Smith Toler, who survives. She was a 1975 graduate of Chocowinity High School. On May 29, 1976, she married Robert Lee Paramore Jr., who survives. Mrs. Paramore worked as a beauty consultant with Mary Kay cosmetics and also worked with the family’s farming business. She was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her mother and her husband, Mrs. Paramore is survived by: three sons, Robert Lee Paramore III of Chocowinity, James Nicholas Paramore and William Bryant Paramore both of the home, two brothers: Charles Smith and wife JoAnne and Randy Smith and wife Eva all of Blount’s Creek, a step-father: James Luther Toler of Blount’s Creek and several nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends Tuesday July 28, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home of Nancy Paramore located at 35 Bear Creek Road.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the Wayside Presbyterian Church, Post Office Box 70, Chocowinity, NC 27817.
