Mrs. Lillian Cooper, formerly of Metro Housing Apartments, Washington, died Sunday, July 26, 2009, at Nash County Rehabilitation Center in Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends at the home of her cousin, Paula McCullogh, 514 N. Gladden St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
