Mr. Malvin Wayne Hoggard, 71, of 1243 N.C. Highway 45 North, Merry Hill, died Monday, July 27, 2009, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ross Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home in Windsor.
